Operation Design is sponsoring YDR’s Pop UP Launch Party on May 21st at Mark Miller Gallery, 92 Orchard Street 6:30-8pm, YDR will showcase the students’ design work and launch this exciting new program. Student work will also be on sale Saturday and Sunday May 25th and 26th from 11-6 (75 East 4th Street).
In the Fall of 2013, the YDR team will continue to sell their design products to the public, and will also be available for hire as a design, innovation and trend-forecasting collaborative where students will be paid for their design solutions – generating funds for their college scholarships. Underscoring our belief in the genius of these teens, they are front and center in designing and driving their organization.
